สำนักงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย
ประกาศรับสมัครศิลปินผู้มีสัญชาติและภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในกลุ่มประเทศอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ได้แก่ ไทย เมียนมา ลาว กัมพูชา เวียดนาม และจีน (เฉพาะมณฑลยูนนานและกวางสี) เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม GMS Artist Residency 2025 ระหว่างวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน – 13 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยศิลปินผู้ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม จำนวน 8 คน จะได้เดินทางไปพำนัก พัฒนาแนวความคิดและเทคนิควิธีการเพื่อต่อยอดการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะ ณ จังหวัดเลย
รายละเอียดการรับสมัคร
คุณสมบัติ :
– เป็นศิลปิน (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
– มีสัญชาติและภูมิลำเนาในกลุ่มประเทศอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ได้แก่ ไทย เมียนมา ลาว กัมพูชา เวียดนาม และจีน (เฉพาะมณฑลยูนนานและกวางสี)
– มีอายุไม่เกิน 45 ปีบริบูรณ์ นับถึงวันสุดท้ายของการรับสมัคร
– ไม่อยู่ระหว่างศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีหรือต่ำกว่า และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในฐานะศิลปินมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
– มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
– ไม่เป็นผู้ที่เคยได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม GMS Artist Residency 2024 ณ จังหวัดเชียงราย

สิ่งที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้รับ :
– ค่าเดินทางจากที่พำนักของผู้ได้รับคัดเลือกภายในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงถึงสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมฯ ณ จังหวัดเลย (ไป – กลับ) ค่าที่พัก ค่าอาหาร และค่าเดินทางภายในจังหวัดเลยตลอดระยะเวลาการจัดกิจกรรมฯ
– ค่าตอบแทนศิลปิน (Artist’s fee) จำนวน 30,000 บาท

The Office of Contemporary Art and Culture is calling for applications from artists who hold the nationality of, and currently live and work in, one of the countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion. This includes Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China (only the Yunnan and Guangxi Provinces). Eight artists will be selected to participate in the GMS Artist Residency 2025, taking place from 18 June to 13 July 2025 in Loei Province, Thailand, where they will develop their creative concepts and techniques, with the opportunity to create artworks for an exhibition.
Application details
Conditions:
– Be an artist (in any field).
– Hold nationality of, and currently live and work in, one of the countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion, including Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China (only Yunnan and Guangxi Provinces).
– Not be over 45 years old at the end of this application period.
– Not currently studying at the undergraduate level or lower, and has at least 2 years of work experience as an artist.
– Have good command of English.
– Have not been selected to participate in the GMS Artist Residency 2024 in Chiang Rai Province.

Programme Benefits:
– Round-trip travels from the selected artists’ residences within the Greater Mekong Subregion to Loei Province, Thailand, accommodation, per diem, and local transportation in Loei for the entire duration of the programme.
– Artist’s fee of 30,000 Thai Baht.
